How to Share a Folder from OneDrive

 1.    Go to OneDrive online or open the OneDrive app on your computer.

    2.    Find the folder you want to share.

    3.    Right-click the folder (or click the three dots ...) and select Share.

    4.    A sharing box will appear. Here you can choose:

        Who can view/edit (e.g., “Specific people” or “Anyone with the link”).

        Whether they can edit or just view.

    5.    Enter the email address of the person you want to share with, or copy the link and send it manually.

    6.    Click Send or Copy Link.
